Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing team including graphic design, national advertising and public relations. The role also includes managing the strategic direction of existing brands, as well as sourcing new opportunities to grow the brand portfolio.

Brand Managers

Each Brand Manager is responsible for all aspects in relation to the brands they manage including creative, pricing, budgeting, advertising bookings, point of sale material, tracking of brand performance and trade marketing.

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant researches market trends and develops trade presentations. Also assists the Marketing team across a multitude of projects.

PR & Influencers

The marketing team manage PR both in-house and through agencies for tailored output. Developing PR strategies, overseeing press releases, coordinating PR events, and implementing PPC digital PR. Leading the management of a large volume of influencers and content creators, handling all aspects from shortlisting and outreach to contract management and deliverables.

Graphic Design

All creative design is managed by the marketing team using a combination of in-house graphic designers and freelancers. The marketing team briefs and manages graphic design requirements including brand campaigns, packaging, promotional point of sale, and display merchandising material. Additionally, digital graphic design is managed in-house, encompassing ecommerce, organic, and paid content.

Product Development Manager

Leads the end-to-end process of new product development, from ideation to launch. Conducts market research and analysis, identifies consumer needs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams for effective product development. Manages timelines, resources, and quality standards to ensure successful product introductions.

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager 

Manages digital marketing and ecommerce, including website development, SEO, digital paid media, organic, and email marketing. Tracks digital trends through thorough analysis. Drives growth for brands, ensuring a strong digital footprint. Collaborates cross-functionally to optimise brand and business strategies.

Content Producer

Generates compelling and tailored content for brand campaigns, photography shoots, video production, and platform specific content for social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Meta, YouTube.

Organic Social Media Specialist 

Curates and manages dynamic organic social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, staying updated with current trends and algorithms to facilitate effective audience engagement.

Paid Digital Media Specialist 

Strategically develops and executes impactful paid media campaigns, fostering strong partnerships with major platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok, with a focus on maximising return on investment and achieving set objectives.
